Chana Masala, also known as Chole Masala, is a delicious curry originating in the Punjab region in Northern India. This kit features a curry made with chick peas, onions, and tomatoes to be enjoyed with Indian bread (Paratha) and/or Basmati rice. I have used my mother’s recipe with a few tricks of my own.
