Palak paneer is a popular dish that originated from northern India.  It is a delightful mix of paneer (soft cottage cheese cubes) and a puréed spinach sauce that is seasoned with garlic, garam masala, and other spices. This curry was developed from my mother’s recipe. Served with paratha and basmati rice, palak paneer is a delightfully creamy and warming entrée. I hope you enjoy this nourishing meal with family and friends.
